Thank you for purchasing a Skinz Protective Gear Product. We hope you will be pleased with our products. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we guarantee workmanship on every product that we make.
All of our products are covered by a one year workmanship warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from wear and tear or ripped or torn materials due to use. Skinz Protective Gear is not responsible for damage to product, equipment or persons. All product must be monitored during use. We will repair or replace defective product if it is determined to be a warranty issue. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of Skinz Protective Gear and must be sent in for determination.
Shipping is at the owners expense to return the product for determination of a warranty. If it is determined to be a warranty claim Skinz Protective Gear will cover the return shipping and the repair or the replacement in all cases except in other countries. Canada, Sweden, Russia and any other country outside of the U.S. shipping will be the responsibility of the product owner and/or his or her dealer where they purchased the product.
If the item is not covered under warranty we offer a repair service where applicable. Our minimum charge for a repair is $45. If the item is not repairable there may be an option for a replacement at a “replacement value” to be determined at that time.
